About The Position

As a data and marketing intelligence analyst, you play a strategic role at the intersection of data, marketing activation, and customer intelligence. Your main mission is to structure, transform, and leverage marketing data to support the design, execution, and optimization of campaigns, in close collaboration with marketing advisors and analytical teams. You are responsible for ensuring reliable and qualified data is available, configuring campaign management tools, and producing performance analyses and recommendations that contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing performance, customer experience, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative marketing, statistics, business intelligence, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or data, and in managing and preparing marketing data for targeting, segmentation, and customer activation.
  • Proficiency in at least one language: SQL, R, or Python (use of BigQuery is an asset).
  • Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written, as well as an intermediate-advanced mastery of the English language, both spoken and written.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's degree in one of these fields is an asset.
  • Knowledge of campaign management tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, an asset).
  • Knowledge of cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform), an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare marketing data: Design, maintain, and document marketing data for targeting, segmentation, potential analysis, and member activation through campaigns. Make data accessible, understandable, and actionable for marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop and manage campaigns: Implement campaigns by analyzing potential, defining targets, and creating workflows, based on a solid understanding of relational data schemas.
  • Ensure data quality, best practices, and compliance: Guarantee the availability of reliable, up-to-date, and controlled data that respects compliance, consent, and marketing pressure rules. Apply and evolve best practices for campaign management, focusing on customer experience and reducing data usage risks.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and optimization: Perform and simplify post-campaign analyses (performance, behaviors, ROI, learnings). Formulate concrete recommendations for continuous optimization of performance and activation practices.
