About The Position

AIM is seeking a passionate Marketing Intelligence Specialist to transform data into strategic decisions that drive real business growth. This role provides the expertise to define KPIs and support strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this individual is key in turning cross-functional business data into marketing-driven insights that directly align with commercial goals and growth. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of marketing and cross-functional department data, especially within the CRM, ensuring high data quality and actionable reporting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in handling & joining databases from multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Experience analyzing digital marketing data (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO/SEMrush)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data findings clearly
  • Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. complex formulas)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and automation of routine analytics and KPI reports focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability within marketing (i.e. website traffic, email performance, social media engagement, and lead generation).
  • Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable suggestions for marketing and other cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Design and maintain clear and visually appealing dashboards and presentations for internal teams using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Qualtrics, CRM, and other internal/external reporting systems.
  • Clean and organize data from diverse sources, including Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external databases, to ensure consistency in analysis.
  • Implement basic data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies across data streams.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to track and analyze cross-functional performance metrics, ensuring marketing intelligence is aligned with global sales targets and key account growth.
  • Execute data pulls and provide supporting information for cross-functional teams, with a constant focus on how sales and customer experience data can inform future marketing outreach.
  • Segment complex customer data for highly targeted technical marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and propose improvements to data tracking and analytics systems for scalability.
  • Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Global Marketing Manager to support overall team objectives.
