About The Position

LPL Financial Institution Field Management Marketing is seeking a Marketing Consultant with knowledge in digital and traditional marketing and the ability to support a large group of institution marketing teams. In this position, you will act as a marketing consultant for a group of 125 financial institution marketing teams in our supported dual financial institution model. You will work within a scalable marketing program that equips Supported Dual financial institution investment programs and advisors to grow through a mix of self-service content, group education, and targeted 1:1 consulting for ad hoc campaign requests. The IFM Marketing team is an evolving team of marketing consultants who are actively engaged in multiple team projects designed to enhance and grow the marketing offering and model. This dynamic team is constantly seeking ways to improve the marketing offering for financial institutions and deliver a marketing model focused on a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, a related field, or 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 2+ years’ graphic design experience

Nice To Haves

  • Solid understanding of branding and marketing metrics.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM, inbound marketing tools, and web management.
  • Financial institution marketing experience.
  • Basic understanding of events and webinars.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive marketing support tailored to advisor/program needs for sustainable workload management and service quality.
  • Empower advisors/programs with on-demand resources like webinars and modular content to foster independent marketing execution.
  • Provide marketing assistance to newly onboarded advisors.
  • Create a low-touch, prioritized support path for high-potential programs.
  • Work with assigned Regional Investment Directors who act as relationship managers with assigned institutions, identifying areas of need and prioritizing support activities.
  • Create and maintain self-service resources (guides, recorded webinars, FAQs).
  • Host monthly group education calls and office hours for programs.
  • Provide targeted 1:1 support for individual programs or complex initiatives.
  • Actively engaged in multiple team projects designed to enhance and grow the marketing offering and model.
