About The Position

At CBH Homes, we're looking for a business-minded marketing leader who is passionate about turning ideas into measurable growth. Someone who enjoys driving growth, solving problems, improving systems, connecting data to decisions, and finding better ways to add value and help more people become homeowners. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll provide leadership to help us understand what's working, improve what isn't, and continuously build a smarter marketing engine that drives measurable business growth. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you'll evaluate performance across every campaign, identify opportunities to accelerate growth, and help shape the strategies that drive measurable business results. You'll become a connector across our marketing organization—bringing together lifecycle marketing, content, paid media, product marketing, field marketing, technology, sales and agency partners to ensure every marketing effort contributes to business growth. You'll help build a culture where every campaign begins with a hypothesis, every result leads to a learning, and every insight makes our marketing stronger.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing analytics or revenue marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, initiatives or teams through influence and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, analytics, experimentation and customer journeys.
• Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience improving website and campaign performance.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that drive qualified buyers, stronger conversion and measurable business results.
• Serve as the growth architect across the marketing team, connecting campaigns, channels and initiatives into one cohesive growth engine.
• Progress and own marketing attribution and lead source reporting, first touch through home sale.
• Lead the improvement and development of marketing dashboards, performance reporting and business insights that help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns against defined business goals and success metrics, identifying opportunities to improve performance and increase ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, email, website, events and customer journeys to uncover trends, opportunities and recommendations.
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, content, paid media, field marketing, product marketing, sales, technology and agency partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, measurable and continuously improving.
• Improve website, landing page and customer journey performance through ongoing optimization and testing.
• Lead A/B testing and marketing experiments that continually improve conversion and customer experience.
• Develop and present executive-ready growth insights, performance narratives and strategic recommendations that influence marketing priorities and business decisions.
• Recommend where marketing resources should—and shouldn't—be invested based on business impact.
• Champion the use of AI to improve decision-making, customer insights, productivity, marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
• Influence cross-functional teams through collaboration, data and strong communication to execute initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
