About The Position

Europa Village Wineries & Resort is seeking a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer to maintain creative guidelines and standards across departments and platforms. The designer will manage graphic design tasks, refine projects, generate creative ideas, and apply graphic design techniques to marketing campaigns. Working with the marketing and communications team, the designer will conceptualize, design, and produce digital and print materials that follow Europa Village guidelines and standards. The role requires effective communication and collaboration, and the ability to incorporate feedback to strengthen finished creative work. The designer creates brand-aligned visual content and materials for print, digital, social media, communications, and guest-facing experiences. They manage projects from initiation through delivery, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, obtain manager approval, and provide final high-resolution files by established deadlines. Additional duties include supporting photoshoots, organizing project records and completed work, staying current on design trends and software, and attending meetings as requested. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar field, such as marketing, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and focused.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects.
Adaptable and quick to learn, with the ability to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity and standards.
Strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography.
Ability to offer design solutions for a variety of needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional customer-service approach.
Attention to detail, proofreading abilities, follow-through, and strong organizational and planning skills.
Mid-to-high-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere.
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Experience with the Windows/PC operating system.

Nice To Haves

Two years of professional graphic design experience, preferably on an in-house team or at an agency.
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Photography and editing experience.
Video creation and editing experience.
Website editing experience using a CMS (Content Management System).

Responsibilities

Create illustrations, advertisements, presentations, infographics, and layouts for print and digital platforms in accordance with brand guidelines.
Support and guide social media and communication design to ensure visual consistency and impactful messaging.
Design and modify marketing materials and guest-facing visual communication pieces to convey the intended message.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with the marketing team, internal departments, external agencies, and printers.
Obtain manager approval and deliver final high-resolution files within established deadlines.
Maintain high-quality work, attention to detail, brand consistency, and deadlines across marketing projects.
Suggest creative ideas and communications to the marketing, social media, and communications teams.
Develop designs that integrate across physical and digital experiences.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and incorporate team feedback and recommendations.
Assist with professionally sourced photoshoots alongside department leaders when needed.
Maintain, organize, and track projects daily, working against hard deadlines.
Manage and organize the library of completed projects.
Keep informed about design trends and software updates.
Attend meetings as requested.
