Graphic Designer, Proposals + Marketing

McCoy-Rockford Inc•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Graphic Designer, Proposals + Marketing supports marketing initiatives, proposal development, and sales enablement across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The role owns day-to-day RFP and proposal production, from intake and compliance through design and final submission, and creates templates, sector collateral, showroom and event materials, and other resources that help sales teams win work. The position works closely with the Marketing Director and partners with sales and business development leaders across all three markets. Responsibilities also include coordinating project and event photography, editing and organizing visual assets, and maintaining a searchable photo library. The role supports events, showroom tours, openings, and special projects, with travel between markets as business needs require. Success is measured by timely, consistent proposals, effective use of templates by sales teams, and regular tracking of proposal volume, on-time delivery, and win/loss results. As the marketing team grows, the role may develop to lead the proposal function or take on senior design responsibilities. The work involves computer-based office tasks, occasional handling of paper and files weighing up to 12 pounds, walking, standing, stair climbing, and occasional exposure to warehouse ambient temperatures. Overtime may be needed, and occasional evening and weekend work is required for events and activations. A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record meeting company standards are required for possible business travel.
