Graphic Designer, Proposals + Marketing

McCoy-Rockford•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Graphic Designer, Proposals + Marketing supports marketing initiatives, proposal development, and sales enablement across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The role owns day-to-day RFP and proposal production, from intake and compliance through design and final submission, and creates templates, sector collateral, and showroom and event materials. The position works closely with the Marketing Director and sales and business development leaders across the three markets to support pipeline growth and produce accurate, competitive client-facing materials. The role designs proposals, bid decks, presentations, print and digital collateral, social and web assets, event materials, and co-branded campaigns with manufacturer partners. It also maintains proposal content and photo libraries, coordinates photography and print production, tracks proposal performance, and establishes workflows and quality-control practices. The position requires independent management of competing priorities and deadlines, collaboration with geographically dispersed stakeholders, and travel between markets as business needs require. Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed for events and activations. Success is measured by the quality, consistency, and timeliness of proposal support and by its contribution to sales teams’ ability to win work. The role may grow to lead the proposal function or take on senior design responsibilities as the marketing team expands.
