About The Position

This is a part-time, paid internship opportunity at Lamar's Corporate office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The intern will assist in bringing innovative advertising campaigns to life. The role requires flexibility for at least 10 consistent in-office hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester, specifically on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between 8 am and 5 pm. The hourly rate for this internship is $15/hour.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of design principles and file setup for print and web applications
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design – Junior level preferred
• High School Education or equivalent is required
• Portfolio Upload or Website Link is required for consideration

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Docs) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
• Print, cut, bind, pack, and ship materials as needed
• Light photo editing and cropping
• Create sales materials using template files
• Brainstorm, mock-up, and communicate design ideas
