About The Position

Hoehn Motors, a family-owned, multi-brand dealership group, is seeking a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to support creative production across their dealerships. This role involves designing and producing various marketing materials, including magazine ads, signage, digital creative, and email graphics. The position also includes copywriting, web execution, and event support. The ideal candidate will be able to work within strict OEM brand systems for store-level work and contribute creative ideas to group-level initiatives. This is a hands-on role offering growth opportunities within an established marketing operation.

Requirements

  • Portfolio required (link or PDF) showing range across print, digital, and brand work.
  • Strong graphic design skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with discipline executing inside brand guideline systems.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a hybrid role (relevant internship or agency work counts).
  • Basic HTML and CSS. Comfortable editing templates and building simple landing pages.
  • Comfort with a website CMS (WordPress, Dealer Inspire, Webflow, or similar).
  • Willingness to learn compliance basics for promotional copy (California disclosure rules, OEM requirements).
  • CRM and email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or comparable).

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for asset production.
  • Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) for marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (or willingness to ramp fast).
  • Event coordination background.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce print and digital creative across all stores, including magazine ads, signage, digital ads, web banners, email creative, vehicle decals, brochures, and branded merchandise.
  • Contribute creative ideas to Hoehn-owned work such as group-level brand campaigns, Hoehn Cares initiatives, signature events, and other branded creative.
  • Follow manufacturer brand guidelines for store-level work, including logo usage, typography, color, imagery, layout, and approved templates.
  • Adapt OEM-supplied creative for brand voice and store-level needs while maintaining manufacturer brand integrity.
  • Coordinate with print shops on production, proofing, and quality control.
  • Support customer newsletters and email marketing across all stores, including planning, writing, asset production, scheduling, and sending.
  • Write web copy for landing pages, emails, specials, About Us updates, and on-site campaigns.
  • Post monthly specials and incentives across all dealership websites, creating banners, adding specials to dedicated pages, and applying compliant disclaimers.
  • Build and launch campaign landing pages using HTML, CSS, and CMS tools.
  • Implement on-page website updates, including VDP/SRP edits, website pages, banners, disclaimers, navigation changes, and inventory fixes.
  • Coordinate with OEM platforms and external development partners.
  • Coordinate monthly specials rollout across digital, email, print, and in-store signage.
  • Help execute Hoehn signature events, including Cars & Coffee, Hoehn Cares volunteer days, sponsorships, OEM events, campaigns, holidays, and golf tournaments.
  • Build pre/post-event assets such as invite emails, on-site signage, and thank-you communications.
