The Manager, Marketing Excellence acts as a critical liaison between the COE steering team, IT project teams, external consultants, and end users. This role ensures seamless execution of process mapping, tool design, testing, training, communications, and deployment—meeting both project timelines and quality standards. In addition, the role owns key components of the training infrastructure, including academy content management, cohort scheduling, learner tracking, internal communications, and digital enablement coordination. This position is designed as a pathway into strategic B2B marketing, leveraging strong project management, communication, and transformation capabilities through hands-on execution of COE initiatives.
