About The Position

The OpenClaw Foundation is seeking its first Marketing & Events Lead to build and execute the Foundation's global events, marketing, and ecosystem engagement strategy. This is a highly operational role focused on execution, not agency management or high-level brand strategy. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the experiences that bring the OpenClaw ecosystem together—from flagship conferences and hackathons to industry events, community activations, sponsorship programs, and digital campaigns. The centerpiece of this role will be owning ClawCon, OpenClaw Foundation’s conference and meetup arm (multiple events per quarter globally). From venue selection and sponsorship execution to speaker management, attendee experience, logistics, production, and post-event follow-up, you will serve as the operational leader responsible for making every ClawCon a world-class event. You will also manage The Foundation’s broader event portfolio, helping establish the Foundation as the gathering place for developers, researchers, enterprises, startups, and ecosystem leaders shaping the future of agentic AI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, managing details, coordinating stakeholders, and turning ambitious ideas into flawlessly executed experiences. This role will likely require 40-50% travel internationally.
