About The Position

Taktile is seeking a strategic and execution-savvy Field Marketing Lead to manage their entire events program and convert in-person experiences into a significant pipeline engine. This senior individual contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing. The lead will define Taktile's event presence, design impactful experiences for senior financial services buyers, and manage executive events from conception to completion. The role involves setting event strategy and ensuring flawless on-the-ground execution, with support from agencies.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in field/events marketing.
  • Comfort engaging C-suite and VP-level buyers in financial services.
  • Strategic ownership mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions on event participation.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect programs to pipeline outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Strong program management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external senior audiences.
  • Experience owning a budget with full accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the field events strategy and build a strategic annual event calendar.
  • Define Taktile's presence at events, including booth design, speaking engagements, and memorable experiential moments.
  • Manage Taktile's presence at key industry conferences, shaping programs and briefing teams.
  • Build and execute executive field programs to drive pipeline.
  • Design and manage Taktile’s executive event program, including theme development, attendee curation, agenda design, facilitation, and follow-through.
  • Own pre-event account selection and post-event follow-up playbooks, briefing sales teams on converting engagement into pipeline.
  • Partner with enterprise sales to design account-based field programs for priority accounts.
  • Track and report on pipeline influenced, opportunities sourced, and deal acceleration from field programs.
  • Manage the field marketing budget end-to-end, ensuring strong ROI.
  • Source and manage external agencies, production vendors, and event venues.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks for event program growth.
