About The Position

Sprig is seeking a Marketing Events Lead to manage and execute its event programs, including field events, conferences, and company-hosted experiences. This role involves end-to-end ownership of events, from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a few years of marketing or events experience, a strong aptitude for logistics, and the ability to transform plans into polished, successful events. This position requires a commitment to working in the San Francisco HQ four days a week, with Wednesdays designated as work-from-home days.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience independently managing events or programs from planning through execution.
  • Enthusiastic about working on-site 4x/week and collaborating closely with teammates in person.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence coordinating vendors, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with strong judgment and the ability to solve problems quickly when plans change.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for events, community building, and creating memorable in-person experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences, including planning, venue coordination, vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution.
  • Attend Sprig’s flagship Experience Research Events and occasionally join dinners or other prospecting events to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future event strategy.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events with business goals, drive attendance, and ensure strong pre- and post-event follow-through.
  • Manage direct mail and gifting programs tied to enterprise campaigns, events, and customer engagement.
  • Support integrated campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines.
  • Track event performance and surface insights that help us continuously improve our programs and investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver a high-quality attendee experience and measurable business impact.
  • Willing and able to step in and support Sprig’s broader marketing and pipeline-driving efforts as needed.
