About The Position

Accurate is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their Client Services team. This is a temporary, full-time, 3-month contract role with the potential for extension or permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand presentation across all channels, including email campaigns, client events, and social media. This role involves managing social media, maintaining the website, producing newsletters, planning events, and ensuring client-facing materials are polished and on-brand. It's a hands-on, multi-disciplinary position requiring flexibility between creative tasks and operational logistics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Comfort working with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn) and producing content that drives engagement.
  • Experience with website content management (updating pages, blog posts, and event listings).
  • Exceptional communication skills with polished, clear, and audience-tailored written work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A sharp eye for detail regarding brand, formatting, or tone.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and take a brief to completion, knowing when to involve others.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an MSP and/or B2B environment or professional services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce branded materials using Canva and other tools, ensuring visual consistency.
  • Audit and clean up existing assets, templates, and documentation to align with current brand standards.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of reusable content.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop a consistent social media posting cadence.
  • Monitor social media engagement and report on performance.
  • Keep the company website current and visually aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure website messaging reflects current offerings.
  • Design and produce client-facing and internal newsletters.
  • Own and execute broader internal communications.
  • Support the creation and delivery of client-facing email campaigns.
  • Maintain brand standards and a consistent tone across all external platforms.
  • Lead the planning, promotion, and end-to-end coordination of client-facing events.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, venue booking, SWAG procurement, and event-related communications.
  • Ensure events reflect the company brand and leave a strong impression.
  • Review client-facing documentation (ABRs, QBRs, presentations) for brand alignment, professionalism, tone, and accuracy.
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and customizing RFP responses and proposals.
  • Maintain MSA and proposal templates.
