About The Position

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (“CSG Law”) is seeking a Marketing Communications & Events Coordinator for our Roseland office. This individual will work closely with attorneys, practice groups, vendors and external organizations to enhance the firm's visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support business development objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a business development and/or marketing role is preferred.
  • Experience in a law firm, professional services organization, corporate environment, or agency setting preferred.
  • Ability to work morning, evening or off-site events as needed.
  • Proficiency in technology platforms including Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM systems, website management tools and design software a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support participation in industry conferences and speaking engagements through coordinating with organizations, creating materials and managing onsite logistics.
  • Work with external organizations to coordinate firm sponsorships including overseeing involvement, timeline and deliverables to maximize the return on investment.
  • Support the development of materials to support events such as handouts, multimedia elements and communications.
  • Assist with event logistics including venue selection, registration, vendor coordination, catering, technology requirements, and event materials.
  • Produce event timelines, budgets, invitations, RSVP reports, name badges, signage, and attendee communications.
  • Track registrations and prepare attendee reports and post-event analytics.
  • Represent the firm at client and industry to manage onsite logistics and ensure a positive attendee experience.
  • Manage firm event calendar and track deliverables and deadlines.
  • Draft, edit and publish website content, event announcements, attorney news, social media posts and other marketing communications.
  • Support projects related to the firm’s CRM including maintaining contacts, updating lists and other data quality projects.
  • Draft and post website updates and social media content promoting events, speaking engagements and awards.
  • Utilize firm tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM, design software and marketing automation tools to manage marketing initiatives and track results.
