About The Position

The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of all trade shows, customer events, and in-house demonstrations across the USA. This role is critical to driving customer engagement and lead generation through high-quality events that align with sales priorities. You will own the end-to-end event process – from planning and logistics through to execution, lead capture, and post-event ROI reporting. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. This role requires regular interstate and overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Marketing / Event Management
  • Proven experience in managing key different segments of marketing departments and principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Experience with creation of social media plans and campaigns
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have EXCELLENT creative, written, and verbal skills.
  • Must have and exude and extremely high level of task / project ownership
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership and management abilities to effectively collaborate with a diverse and global team of 5-10 people.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational & critical thinking skills
  • Must have a high sense of urgency
  • Must have a strong commercial / sales / marketing sense / business acumen
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Must be socially skilled
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent task and time management skills
  • Must have excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Remote Meeting Technology Experience (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WebEx)
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • US Passport Holder

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with departmental leadership preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or relevant field is preferred
  • Formal Marketing, Salesforce Training preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and attend all trade shows and in-house customer product demonstration events
  • Manage event logistics, display materials, vendors, venues, equipment
  • Develop event timelines, run sheets and execution plans
  • Work with sales teams to drive attendance and customer engagement
  • Coordinate booth setup, product displays, and on-site execution
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage customer communications including invitations, registrations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate development of event-related marketing materials with graphic designer including social media, emails, brochures, and website updates
  • Order and manage promotional merchandise stock and event materials
  • Create and schedule customer emails in Account Engagement
  • Maintain and manage Salesforce campaigns, reporting, and data integrity
  • Track event performance including attendance, lead capture, and follow-up actions
  • Develop post-event reports including ROI analysis, insights, and recommendations
