About The Position

We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to help expand our brand presence and support our customers, vendors, and sales team. This position is ideal if you enjoy both creative marketing and hands-on industry involvement. Experience in the concrete construction or construction supply industry is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Marketing, communications, or related experience preferred
• Experience in the concrete construction, construction supply, or contractor industry preferred
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/design software

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing advertisements and promotional materials
• Oversee company social media accounts and content strategy
• Coordinate trade shows, customer events, vendor events, and sponsorships
• Manage manufacturer co-op marketing funds and reimbursement programs
• Design, organize, and coordinate company apparel and branded merchandise
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement initiatives
• Coordinate email campaigns, flyers, and digital promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms
• Assist with photography, video content, and jobsite marketing opportunities
