About The Position

The Marketing Enablement Intern will assist Stifel’s Digital Content team with projects related to the firm’s content library and e-mail distribution platform. The content library is a primary resource for financial advisors to find and distribute relevant content via e-mail, social media, websites, and directly to clients. The intern will help maintain the library and support Stifel Financial Advisors and associates with their digital presence and e-mail communications.

Requirements

Be enrolled in college with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Have completed at least one year of college.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience with a content management system.
Be adaptable and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying importance and deadlines.
Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with Seismic.

Responsibilities

Help manage the growing content library by tracking and uploading materials and ensuring content is up-to-date, organized, and easy to find.
Respond to Stifel associates’ questions about content and e-mail communications via phone or e-mail.
Learn the digital distribution approval process for different parts of the firm and assist associates in completing that process.
Identify training tips and best practices and opportunities to incorporate them into platform onboarding and training.
Run reports that provide usage insights to users and management.
Attend and participate in department and team meetings as needed.
