About The Position

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially driven Marketing Director with strong expertise in brand management and a proven ability to build brands across international markets. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role. We need someone who can develop the strategy, shape the creative direction, and work closely with internal teams to execute. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, aesthetically strong, comfortable with technology and AI tools, and not heavily dependent on external marketing agencies to get things done.

Requirements

Strong and proven Brand Management experience.
Leadership experience at Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Director, or similar level.
Strong hands-on experience across Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful brand awareness campaigns.
Experience managing brands or marketing campaigns across multiple international markets.
Strong creative judgment with a good eye for design, aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand presentation.
Strong understanding of digital channels, paid media, social media, consumer engagement, and performance measurement.
Experience using AI tools in marketing or demonstrated ability to integrate AI into marketing workflows.
Comfortable working directly with internal creative, commercial, e-commerce, and technology teams.
Able to lead strategy while remaining hands-on with execution.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Chinese.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Marketing Portfolio Required: Candidates must be willing to present a portfolio of previous marketing work during the selection process. We want to see actual examples of campaigns you have helped create or lead, including brand-building campaigns, digital/performance campaigns, creative work, product launches, or international marketing initiatives. Where possible, the portfolio should show the candidate's specific contribution and measurable results, such as improvements in brand awareness, reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, market penetration, or sales.

You should be comfortable building with internal teams and technology, rather than simply briefing agencies and waiting for them to deliver.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall brand and marketing strategy across multiple international markets.
Build strong brand positioning, identity, awareness, engagement, and consumer preference.
Develop and execute successful brand awareness and consumer campaigns with measurable results.
Lead integrated marketing across Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Provide strong creative direction across campaigns, content, digital assets, social media, e-commerce, and brand communications.
Drive digital and performance marketing strategies across relevant channels and platforms.
Translate consumer insights and market data into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Partner closely with Sales, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Product Development, Graphics/Creative, and other internal teams.
Build strong in-house marketing capability and use external agencies selectively where they add value.
Use AI and technology tools to improve research, content development, campaign execution, analysis, automation, and marketing productivity.
Track campaign and brand performance and continuously improve marketing ROI.
Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting execution to different markets and consumer audiences.
