About The Position

Leads Argen's marketing strategy as a proactive driver of company decisions, grounded in a deep understanding of the dental market, our products, pricing, and business development pipeline. Turns that understanding into research, campaigns, and strategy the organization acts on, and builds the customer insights and solutions that support Argen's Challenger Sale methodology, in close partnership with sales, operations, finance, and business development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience required.
Experience in a B2B environment with recurring or subscription-based customers, building solutions for long-term, repeat buyers.
Demonstrated point of view, with a track record of bringing recommendations and constructive perspective to the team.
Track record of driving initiatives to completion and prioritizing effectively across competing demands.
Experience running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
High competency in project and stakeholder management.
Experience developing and managing budgets, including expenditures and return-on-investment projections.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence sales and executive leadership.
Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Dental or dental industry marketing experience strongly preferred; medical device or other B2B industry experience considered.
Experience with insight-led or solution selling methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale, preferred.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns marketing strategy and proactively brings recommendations and direction to the organization.
Conducts market research on customer needs, competitive positioning, and market pricing to inform company decisions.
Maintains deep working knowledge of Argen's products, product pipeline, and business development priorities.
Translates products into customer-facing insights and solutions in support of Argen's Challenger Sale methodology.
Leads customer segmentation, campaign development, and go-to-market planning, and rolls out the resulting strategies across the organization, including to the sales team.
Partners with sales, operations, finance, and business development to align marketing plans with commercial priorities.
Leads activities of the marketing department, including planning, budgeting, hiring, training, and managing department personnel and resources.
Manages the annual marketing budget and spend against plan.
Builds brand awareness and positioning across the U.S. domestic market and Argen's international dealer network.
Coordinates with subsidiary marketing leaders in the UK, Canada, and Germany on shared strategy and brand consistency.
Oversees digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
Organizes company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Coordinates marketing projects from start to finish, prioritizing across competing initiatives.
Supports sales and lead generation efforts.
