About The Position

Weather Tite Windows is a specialized home improvement company based in Tampa, Florida, providing replacement windows and doors for residential and commercial properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. As we look to the future, we are seeking a leader to build upon this established legacy and identify new avenues for strategic growth. The Director of Marketing is a senior marketing leader responsible for driving profitable growth and marketing performance for Weather Tite Windows. The role serves as a strategic marketing partner to Market President and the local leadership team, translating business priorities into integrated marketing strategies that generate demand, improve full-funnel performance, support revenue growth, and strengthen long-term brand equity. The Director of Marketing will report to the Market President, with direct accountability for the marketing performance of Weather Tite Windows, while partnering closely with Mosaic Marketing and peer Marketing leaders. The role will assess existing capabilities and capacity, and identify the resources and support needed to achieve company objectives. This may include direct leadership of local marketing team members and partnership with Mosaic Marketing resources as the organization evolves.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success leading local, field, or multi-market marketing strategy. Experience in home services, other high-consideration local or residential services, retail, real estate, hospitality, or a comparable multi-location environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing strategy and performance for a business, market, or portfolio, with a track record of translating business objectives and revenue goals into actionable plans that drive qualified demand and improve full-funnel performance.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience managing meaningful marketing budgets, prioritizing investment, optimizing channel mix, and connecting marketing performance to lead quality, conversion, customer acquisition economics, and revenue.
• Strong digital fluency across paid media, SEO/GEO/AEO, website, CRM, analytics, attribution, and marketing technology, with the ability to interpret performance, guide strategy, and effectively lead agencies and vendors without needing to personally operate every platform.
• Demonstrated people and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to assess and develop talent, set clear expectations, manage performance, build credibility and influence across Market Presidents, Sales, Operations, and Contact Center teams, and partner effectively with peer Marketing leaders and the Mosaic Marketing team in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy, annual and quarterly planning, budget, and performance for the business with clear accountability for delivering against business objectives, revenue goals, and market-level performance targets.
• Develop and execute integrated demand-generation strategies across digital, owned, referral, reputation, community, partnership, neighborhood, and other locally relevant channels, continuously optimizing channel mix and investment based on performance.
• Evaluate full-funnel performance from marketing investment through lead quality, appointment conversion, sales conversion, customer acquisition economics, and revenue, using insights to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and improve business outcomes.
• Serve as the senior marketing partner to the Market President and local leadership, bringing a strong commercial perspective to business planning, prioritization, investment decisions, and performance management while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and the Contact Center.
• Lead, coach, and develop marketing talent supporting the business, assessing capabilities and workload, setting clear priorities and expectations, and identifying the appropriate resources and support needed to deliver against business objectives.
• Drive agency and vendor relationships with clear accountability for strategy, execution, measurement, and results, while partnering with Mosaic Marketing resources to strengthen business performance.
