This position involves planning, developing, supervising, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC) marketing and communications strategy. The director is responsible for ensuring that all operations comply with federal and state statutes and adhere to The Salvation Army’s policies and procedures. Key aspects of the role include setting goals, monitoring work, and evaluating results to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and align with the organization's needs and mission. Furthermore, the Marketing Director plans and directs the work of the marketing department and is tasked with establishing overall objectives and priorities for the department's direction.
