Strategic Planning & Market Research – Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote mobile plans, devices, and value-added services; conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity in the telecom sector; and analyze subscriber behavior to optimize targeting and segmentation strategies. Product Marketing – Coordinate product launches for new smartphones, accessories, and mobile service plans; define and communicate product value propositions tailored to different market segments (prepaid, postpaid, enterprise); and monitor and promote 5G, roaming, unlimited data, and family plan offerings. Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, retail, social media, SMS, email, etc.); work with creative and media agencies to develop high-converting ad content and promotional materials; and oversee marketing campaigns tied to events like phone launches, seasonal promotions, and Black Friday sales. Customer Acquisition & Retention – Drive acquisition through targeted promotions, discounts, and bundled offers; create loyalty and retention strategies such as upgrade programs, referral bonuses, or app-based rewards; and analyze churn rates and implement strategies to reduce customer turnover. Partnerships & Channel Marketing – Collaborate with OEMs (Apple, Samsung, etc.) and retailers to co-market devices and promotions; and support in-store and online sales channels with customized marketing materials and sales enablement tools. Digital Marketing & Analytics – Manage SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and app store marketing; track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), average revenue per user (ARPU), and return on ad spend (ROAS); and use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools) to optimize campaign performance. Brand Management – Maintain consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints; and monitor customer sentiment and brand perception through surveys and social listening. Budgeting & Reporting – Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI; and prepare performance reports for leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product development, customer service, and IT to align marketing goals with company objectives; and coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing material. Travel 10% of the time to unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Position includes standard benefits package (Medical Insurance, Dental, Paid Time Off, 401K).
