Our customers love us and we love our customers. Our Marketing Team is growing and we’re looking for a high-level Marketing Director to own and drive the entire marketing function. This is not a role for someone who just wants to manage agencies or “run campaigns.” We’re looking for someone who can lead people, build systems, drive revenue, and take full ownership of growth. You will be responsible for leading, managing, motivating, and inspiring a team of marketing professionals. This includes setting clear direction, holding the team accountable, developing talent, and creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers. You will also own the strategy and execution across all major marketing channels - paid media, email/SMS, content, organic SEO, funnels, affiliate, influencer, in-person events, and conversion optimization - working closely with leadership to identify and execute on key initiatives and growth opportunities. Requirements

Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
Strong ability to motivate, inspire, and hold people accountable
Proven experience driving revenue through marketing (not just managing campaigns)
Strong understanding of paid media, social media, affiliate / influencer, SEO, WOM, funnels, and conversion optimization
Strong experience building and scaling full-funnel marketing across multiple channels, including brick-and-mortar, direct-to-consumer, and eCommerce
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
A passion for your craft and an insatiable desire to continuously learn and improve
Ability to work with leadership to develop strategy and drive execution across the marketing team
Experience managing multiple marketing functions and team members
Ability to build and optimize customer journeys and marketing funnels
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS and ROI
Experience with key marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Analytics, email/SMS platforms, and analytics tools)
Willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Experience with Shopify, Amazon and Walmart.com
5+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated revenue impact
Proven experience leading teams and driving performance
Proven experience driving and scaling growth across brick-and-mortar, direct-to-consumer, and Amazon channels
Track record of scaling campaigns, teams, or overall marketing performance

Nice To Haves

Experience building reporting dashboards and attribution models is a plus
