About The Position

As our Marketing Director, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance behind how we attract, convert, and retain our members. If you’re equal parts strategist + executor, obsessed with data, and know how to turn content into conversion, this is your lane.

Requirements

HubSpot Certification (required)
Experience managing a CRM and building automated marketing workflows
Strong content writing skills (email, campaigns, messaging)
Data-driven mindset, you care about results, not just ideas
Ability to move fast, adapt, and execute

Nice To Haves

Have experience in fitness, retail, or a high-growth brand
Have built or scaled marketing systems from the ground up
Know how to balance brand + performance marketing

Responsibilities

Build and execute marketing strategies that drive real revenue (not just impressions)
Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM—automations, segmentation, and customer journeys
Create and lead high-performing campaigns across email, social, and digital
Write and oversee content that actually converts
Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve results
Partner with leadership and operations to support growth across locations
