About The Position

Lead strategic marketing, communications, and brand initiatives for a multi-site healthcare network, including hospitals, clinics, and community wellness centers. Oversee development and execution of marketing programs supporting organizational mission, service line growth, grant-funded initiatives, and patient and community engagement, while partnering with executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and effective stakeholder outreach. Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to enhance the healthcare network’s visibility and promote access to primary care, behavioral health, and community wellness services. Lead digital, print, and broadcast campaigns to expand patient outreach, promote new clinical programs, and increase healthcare service utilization. Manage corporate communications, including executive messaging, media relations, and engagement with government agencies, healthcare partners, and community organizations. Oversee marketing activities for grant-funded projects, ensuring timely deliverables, accurate reporting, and alignment with funding requirements. Plan and manage marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and media partnerships to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and events. Direct digital presence strategy, including website management, social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to enhance patient access and engagement. Conduct market research and data analysis to evaluate outreach effectiveness, patient demographics, and community health needs. Coordinate internal communications to support employee engagement, recruitment campaigns, and organizational culture initiatives. Supervise marketing, communications, and creative staff, as well as external agencies, ensuring timely, high quality deliverables and brand consistency. Represent the healthcare network at public forums, community events, and conferences to build partnerships and promote health equity and service awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressive experience in marketing management/strategy for healthcare, nonprofit, or public sector organizations including managing budgets, contracts, and reporting within grant-funded projects.
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
