Marketing & Digital Engagement Manager

KEY TO CHANGERenton, WA
$35 - $38Onsite

About The Position

The Marketing & Digital Engagement Manager leads Key to Change's day-to-day marketing, digital advertising, social media, website, SEO, visual brand, and multimedia content efforts. This is not simply a social media or content manager position. We are looking for someone who understands how great marketing works: how to capture attention, tell compelling stories, understand audience behavior, build trust, and move people from awareness to action. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical. They can develop a compelling campaign concept, collaborate with a content creator on video, create strong visual materials, manage digital advertising, improve a webpage for search and conversion, and use data to determine what should happen next. This is an experienced, hands-on manager role, not an entry-level or early-career position. The successful candidate will arrive with the professional expertise necessary to independently manage the day-to-day marketing function while collaborating with leadership on organizational strategy and priorities. The Marketing & Digital Engagement Manager works closely with the Communications & Development Manager, program staff, leadership, and creative partners to grow Key to Change's visibility and attract prospective students, families, donors, supporters, and community partners. Every prospective student who discovers our programs, parent who considers enrolling their child, donor who learns about our impact, and community member who encounters our work begins with an experience of the Key to Change brand. This position helps shape that experience and creates pathways that move people from awareness to engagement and action.
