About The Position

THIS POSITION IS ON SITE IN LAS VEGAS, NV We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Manage a team of digital marketing professionals' day to day activities. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all corporate and property digital marketing campaigns. Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure all marketing campaigns align with company goals and brand standards. Ensure accuracy and quality of all digital marketing campaigns. Provide consultation and best practices for property and corporate marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology preferred; significant recent and relevant work experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with digital marketing including email campaigns strongly preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with direct/database marketing and CRM applications preferred.
• Must have an understanding of Digital Marketing Fundamentals.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.
• Previous experience within the casino and/or travel industry a plus.
• Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS a plus.
