We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Development Representative to manage inbound prospect routing, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless handoffs to our Account Executives (AEs). You will maintain accurate records across multiple CRM and outreach platforms while actively managing lead workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working with (or learning) Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, HubSpot, Tableau, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and Tango.
  • Preferably in the process of earning a BA/BS degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead routing and distribute prospects to the sales team according to established account tiering and round-robin assignment rules.
  • Facilitate meeting logistics by coordinating with Account Executives, maintaining calendar accuracy, delivering necessary meeting context prior to calls, and enrolling unbooked prospects into targeted outreach sequences.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene by accurately converting leads, preventing duplicate records, and creating inbound qualification tasks while verifying lead source data across platforms.
  • Track "in progress" accounts with recommended follow-up timelines, and execute re-engagement strategies for meeting no-shows through direct outreach and automated sequences.
  • Review prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, and execute bulk data imports from CRM systems to sales engagement platforms to seamlessly support campaigns and event follow-up.
