About The Position

The Marketing Data Manager oversees the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and communication initiatives. The role uses data-driven insights to enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and organizational outcomes, and collaborates across departments to support cohesive content and campaign strategies. It leads marketing plans for an assigned area, oversees projects and campaigns, and analyzes results to guide marketing decisions and business objectives. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite and two remote, and requires residence in Ohio or willingness to relocate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Five years of marketing, communication, or equivalent experience developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Project management or leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
• Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
• Must reside in Ohio or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic marketing plans for an assigned area using relevant data-driven insights.
• Provide oversight and direction for marketing projects, campaigns, and teams, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Stay informed about marketing trends to continuously improve strategies and processes.
• Identify and streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency across projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, external third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Analyze and monitor data and reports to guide marketing decisions and support continued achievement of business objectives.
