About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst in Spring, Texas (TX) to support our nationally recognized, Consumer and Electronic R&D client. This role acts as a liaison between media, data infrastructure, data sciences, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for supporting the formalization of goal setting and success measurement processes for campaigns and digital projects. The position involves utilizing and optimizing marketing dashboards and data models, presenting data-driven recommendations, and ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and effective testing processes. You will also partner with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies and advocate for data and analytics needs across markets and countries.

  • Proficient in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling

  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Familiarity with Power BI is required
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL
  • Ability to work on multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is also advantageous
