About the position
The Data Analyst for Recruitment Technology is responsible for understanding the organization's patient and clinical recruitment data and delivering business insights in relation to patient recruitment technology. They will work across recruitment technology to help develop and execute data and recruitment strategies, provide ad hoc analysis, implement business intelligence solutions, and develop data tools. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting, as well as familiarity with data visualization, data warehousing, SQL, and spreadsheets. Experience with marketing technology, data privacy regulations, Snowflake, Tableau, and Python is a plus. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. A background in healthcare, pharmaceutical development, or clinical trials is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand end user business visibility needs and design solutions to meet them
- Identify data consumption patterns that support aggregate business needs
- Gather, model, and structure data for internal and external use
- Work across technical and non-technical teams to design, implement, and evolve the data infrastructure
- Document and articulate the organization's data topology
- Facilitate a healthy data ecosystem by understanding the data, systems, and processes
- Promote practices that enhance data conformity and overall quality
- Define standardized reports and dashboards that meet ongoing business needs
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with designing data visualization and effective end user experience
- Knowledge of data ingestion, quality, and transformation techniques
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques
- Proficient with SQL and spreadsheets
- Experience with marketing technology and practices
- Experience with data privacy and global data protection regulations
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Tableau and/or Python a plus
- Demonstrated analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Successful track record of design, development, documentation, and completion of initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical development, and/or clinical trials preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent experience in the Life Sciences field
- Strong interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
