Challenge is #QualityDriven and #PeoplePowered! The Marketing Creative Specialist Intern will support the execution of marketing initiatives through compelling design. They will demonstrate strong proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce polished, on-brand presentations and creative assets. The ideal candidate brings hands-on skills in photography and video editing to help capture and create engaging visual content. They contribute creatively by assisting with concept development, content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across channels. Overall, they serve as a reliable creative resource while building practical, design-focused marketing experience that supports the team’s goals.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing, Communication, and/or Design from an accredited college or university.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on skills in photography and video editing.
