Responsibilities

  • Contribute to real campaigns and product launches across Shark and Ninja, from brief to in-market.
  • Turn consumer and performance insights into creative, content, and commercial decisions.
  • Build assets people actually see — social content, campaign creative, packaging copy, retailer pages, email, and video.
  • Track how campaigns perform across earned, owned, and paid channels, and summarize what worked and what didn’t.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, social, digital, sales, and external agency partners.
  • Present your ideas and your results to cross-functional partners and marketing leaders.
  • Learn how a global consumer brand actually operates — process, approvals, systems, and speed.
  • Own a meaningful project end to end and present your contributions to SharkNinja leaders.
  • Coordinate consumer research for actionable insights that feed product development and marketing strategy.
  • Review marketing collateral across retailer, web, and social platforms for brand alignment, and creating or updating packaging, instruction manuals, and quick start guides.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, SKU assortments, and white space opportunities, and maintaining category databases such as NPD.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing and PR briefs for product launches and full-funnel campaigns across social media, retail, digital, and earned media.
  • Support brand activations — product gifting, event planning, influencer moments, launch milestones — and preparing press kits and coordinating sample shipments.
  • Monitor earned, owned, and paid campaign performance and summarizing results in reports.
  • Manage product samples for photoshoots, PR initiatives, and media events, and supporting day-to-day management of external agencies.
  • Draft and edit copy for campaigns, packaging, retail, and internal and external communications.
  • Support LATAM go-to-market — localized assortment and pricing strategy, sell-in decks for new product development (NPD) launches, and partnering with regional sales teams across Mexico and Brazil.
  • Develop and execute short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and editing platform-native content in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
  • Contribute creative concepts aligned to brand objectives and emerging social trends, and capturing behind-the-scenes, product-focused, and lifestyle assets.
  • Build and maintain editorial calendars, and supporting global social operations — publishing workflows, channel governance, and asset routing across markets.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and discussions in the brand voice across social media, forums, and online groups.
  • Cultivate relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates, and sourcing user-generated content, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Create and curate engaging community content — posts, polls, contests, and events.
  • Apply performance insights on engagement, reach, sentiment, and brand impact to optimize content.
  • Create visual assets for digital and print — social media graphics, marketing materials, advertisements, and presentations — in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Craft full-size packaging mockups from die lines and digital prints, and preparing mood boards, mounted comps, and print-ready production files.
