As Marketing Coordinator, you will take the lead on our marketing communication efforts, working closely with a supportive team across the organization. You will provide strategic direction and guidance in creating proposals, statements of qualifications, and business development submissions, ensuring they align with industry standards and our company's marketing strategies. You will also manage prequalification submittals, our social media presence, and our website. Your activities will include monitoring the implementation of established procedures for work processes and quality control, ensuring that content and graphics standards are met, and that submissions are high quality, competitive, and fully compliant with client requirements. You will review all marketing materials for quality and compliance prior to submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
  • Civil Engineering or broader AEC industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and processes.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
  • Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
  • Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.
  • Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
  • Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
  • Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will have significant consequences, including delays in schedules.
  • Responsibly leverages technology including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups.
  • Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
  • Provides direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled, nonexempt employees.
  • Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
