As we continue to scale, we are building the brand, content, and go-to-market engine needed to support our next phase of growth. This is a high-growth role with real ownership from day one, designed for someone who wants to quickly expand their scope and impact. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of Pontosense’s business-facing brand across partners, care organizations, and enterprise channels. This role is responsible for driving and executing B2B marketing efforts across content, distribution, and brand. You will help ensure that everything from LinkedIn posts to conferences to case studies is aligned, consistent, and driving awareness and growth. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and partnerships to make sure our story is clear and shows up consistently across every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for professional and B2B audiences
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and content planning
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Slides, Canva, or similar
  • Comfortable using modern tools, including AI tools like Claude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive branding or thought leadership
  • Experience with AI-native development tools, like Claude
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in health, aging, or trust-sensitive industries

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B content calendar across LinkedIn and core channels
  • Drive consistent, high-quality output across: LinkedIn posts (company and executive), Case studies, Testimonials, Core brand materials
  • Ensure everything we publish is clear, sharp, and aligned with our positioning
  • Work directly with leadership to build a strong external presence
  • Draft and manage LinkedIn content for executives
  • Identify and coordinate podcast, media, and speaking opportunities
  • Help shape clear, opinionated narratives around aging, privacy, and care
  • Track performance and double down on what works
  • Own the process of capturing and publishing customer stories
  • Turn real partner outcomes into: Case studies, Testimonials, Short-form content
  • Make sure proof points are constantly feeding into sales and marketing
  • Own how content gets seen, not just created
  • Drive posting, repurposing, and distribution across channels
  • Push content consistently across LinkedIn, email, and core platforms
  • Track what drives reach and engagement, and iterate quickly
  • Keep content, assets, and materials organized and easy to access
  • Maintain a clean and usable content library
  • Ensure nothing gets lost and everything can be reused
