The City of Roanoke is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support PARK Roanoke, the City’s parking authority. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives that promote PARK Roanoke’s services, programs, facilities, and customer-focused initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator develops and distributes print and digital marketing materials, manages content across multiple platforms, evaluates marketing effectiveness, and supports public engagement efforts to enhance awareness, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role works collaboratively with internal departments, vendors, and community partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with City branding standards.
