About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple restaurant locations. This role will work directly under the Marketing Director and is primarily focused on marketing coordination, campaign support, reporting, and analytics. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and grow within a fast-scaling organization.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience in sales, event planning, or promotions
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
  • Experience in restaurant or multi-location marketing
  • Experience running ad campaigns (even at a basic level)
  • Graphic design experience (strong plus)
  • Experience supporting local or multi-unit businesses

Responsibilities

  • Track monthly marketing spend across platforms
  • Compile and analyze key performance metrics: Impressions, Reach, Engagement, Clicks
  • Assist in estimating ROI and campaign performance
  • Prepare clear, organized monthly reports for each store location
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns
  • Track performance and flag underperforming campaigns
  • Support execution of promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain campaign trackers, budget sheets, and dashboards
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry across all locations
  • Help keep marketing operations organized and scalable
  • Support marketing efforts across multiple restaurant locations
  • Organize and track performance data by store
  • Ensure consistency in reporting across all partners
  • Assist with marketing content creation and editing
  • If you have graphic design experience, you may support the team with designing marketing materials (social media, flyers, promotional assets)
