About The Position

Join our creative team as a Marketing Coordinator and support the delivery of engaging, on‑brand marketing activity across the business. This is a junior role, ideal for someone with up to three years of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in marketing. You will support day‑to-day marketing activities, assist with content creation and campaign coordination, and help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and to a consistent standard. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designers, and Communications Specialists, you will play a hands‑on role in bringing our brand to life and supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives. THE ROLE The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery of our marketing strategy by coordinating content, assisting with programs and campaigns, and providing operational support to the wider Marketing team. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, keen to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (degree or diploma).
  • Up to three years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar coordination role.
  • Experience supporting content delivery from brief through to execution.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative working style.
  • Well organised, reliable, and keen to learn.
  • Professional, customer‑focused, and adaptable.
  • Essential Skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic video editing experience using Adobe tools.
  • Introductory knowledge of HTML

Responsibilities

  • Content creation and asset coordination Assist with creating and coordinating engaging marketing content for operational teams to activate at site (e.g. theme days, concepts, and programs). Support the coordination of marketing assets by working with Graphic Designers, managing timelines, and ensuring materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain clear records of content and assets to support consistent and efficient use across the business.
  • Program and campaign support Assist with the coordination of brand marketing plans and campaigns, including scheduling, asset distribution, and progress tracking. Provide day‑to-day administrative support for marketing programs, including organising internal review meetings and sharing campaign communications.
  • Brand governance and resources Support the maintenance and distribution of brand tools, templates, and operational marketing resources. Conduct initial checks of internal and external communications to ensure alignment with brand standards before final approval.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration Support the distribution of marketing materials to internal teams, including Operations, Inside Sales, Recruitment, and Communications. Act as a point of coordination between Marketing and other teams to support timely sharing of information, updates, and resources.
  • Market research and reporting Assist with basic market and competitor research to support content planning and brand development. Help track campaign activity and consolidate performance data for internal reporting and review.
  • Asset organisation and archiving Maintain organised and up‑to-date marketing archives, including final assets, campaign materials, and documentation. Ensure files are clearly labelled, version‑controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
