The Marketing Coordinator will support leasing efforts to achieve and maintain occupancy goals, assist with prospect engagement, follow-up, and conversion activities, and maintain accurate traffic, application, and leasing data. This role involves tracking and reporting leasing performance metrics, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and applicants, and assisting with managing waitlists in compliance with affordable housing requirements. The coordinator will also execute local outreach marketing and partnerships, build relationships with community organizations, assist with resident events and leasing initiatives, ensure signage and marketing materials are current, and monitor competitor activity. Administrative duties include maintaining records of marketing activity and leasing performance, assisting with reports, ordering and managing marketing supplies, and supporting scheduling and coordination of activities.
