About The Position

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Manager in helping to drive key marketing initiatives cross Centric Brands corporate, divisions, and brands. This person will assist in managing a variety of brand-building initiatives including social media, content creation, seasonal photo shoots/campaigns, events, philanthropic programs, cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, and working cross functionally across all company departments. They will proactively identify opportunities to further communicate our brand mission across external platforms and story-tell our company narrative. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing, PR or communications experience
  • Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, ad technology and platforms
  • Experience in social content creation/editing and platforms (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of AI platforms and use in marketing (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Weavy, etc.)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (resources, assets, information, and timelines)
  • Skilled at project management with expertise in project management tools (Asana)
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, double-checking work, with autonomous follow-through and proactiveness
  • Ability to communicate and interface well across all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented, self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with retail and/or consumer marketing (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with divisions and brands on shot list development/timelines, sample management, and execution of seasonal marketing and ecommerce shoots in the in-house Centric Studio
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams to align brand and corporate calendars and develop marketing initiatives
  • Own the Centric Studio inbox and update Centric Studio calendar for Creative Marketing team, inclusive of brand style outs, model go-sees, photoshoots and corporate needs
  • Manage content creation process and develop content calendars for select brands’ social platforms; execute daily hard posting and community management
  • Conduct daily press scans for our portfolio of brands and distribute monthly press reports
  • Assist in managing brand influencer and gifting programs
  • Manage seasonal asset updates from brand portfolio, driving alignment cross-functionally and updated marketing tools
  • Manage social metrics tracking, analysis, and reporting for corporate and select brand social platforms
  • Coordinate with internal communications team by sharing updates and supporting cross-functional meetings
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze industry landscape to remain competitive in today’s market
  • Support marketing manager in driving, tracking and reporting philanthropic initiatives across all offices; running volunteer events, coordinating in-kind donations, and contributing to Centric Cares program management
