About The Position

Proficio is seeking a highly organized, multi-talented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our global marketing strategy. This role is the "engine room" of our marketing department, responsible for tactical execution across a diverse range of technical, creative, and logistical channels. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level Agentic AI strategy and the practical day-to-day operations required to drive growth and brand authority.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Canva and modern AI video creation/editing suites.
  • Working knowledge of HTML specifically for Schema Markup and web content management.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce and end-to-end lead tracking workflows.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and experience in webinar and event management platforms.
  • Experience in vendor management for swag production and event logistics.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (Cybersecurity or high-tech preferred).
  • A "Swiss Army Knife" mentality — able to pivot from technical SEO to creative design or event logistics in a single day.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a diverse "MarTech" stack in a high-velocity, agentic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use Canva and AI video creation/editing tools to produce high-quality social assets and video content.
  • End-to-end management of corporate webinars and physical events, including platform setup, venue coordination, promotion, and post-event lead distribution.
  • Manage the inventory, design, and distribution of corporate swag and promotional materials for events and client appreciation, ensuring all physical assets align with our premium, high-tech brand identity.
  • Implement HTML code for Schema Markup to optimize our website for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Assist in managing web updates and Conversion Optimization for better landing page performance.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and manage lead tracking systems to ensure a seamless transition from marketing engagement to the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor traffic and engagement trends and performance.
  • Design high-impact PowerPoint (PPT) decks for sales and executive leadership, integrating complex data sets into clear, "Sales-Ready" formats.
