About The Position

Freese and Nichols is seeking Marketing Coordinator in our Fort Worth or Frisco, Texas offices . As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the firm’s growth by helping manage pursuits, coordinating proposal and shortlist development, maintaining marketing information, and partnering with technical teams to strengthen positioning for upcoming opportunities. What You’ll Do Manage multiple pursuits at the same time, including letters of interest, requests for proposals, requests for qualifications, and shortlist materials Gather information, draft content, edit responses, and help produce tailored pursuit deliverables Coordinate layouts, presentations, statements of qualifications, and other supporting materials for submissions Maintain pursuit schedules and organize priorities to meet deadlines across shifting workloads Partner with technical teams and internal stakeholders to develop strong, accurate, client-focused content Update project, staff, and company information in the CRM and support clean data practices throughout the pursuit lifecycle Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and workflow Mentor less experienced marketing coordinators and support team collaboration across pursuits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, editing, or related field Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities with limited supervision Strong writing, editing, and document coordination skills Ability to collaborate with technical professionals and produce high-quality deliverables Preferred Experience in the architectural or engineering industry Experience preparing qualifications-based proposals (RFQs, RFPs, SOQs) Experience using a CRM or marketing database Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign About Freese and Nichols At the heart of our culture is our LEADS values ( L earn continuously, E ngage as family, A ct with integrity, D eliver quality, and S erve always). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, editing, or related field
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities with limited supervision
  • Strong writing, editing, and document coordination skills
  • Ability to collaborate with technical professionals and produce high-quality deliverables

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the architectural or engineering industry
