About The Position

HOIST Fitness Systems, a leading manufacturer of fitness strength equipment, is immediately seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to help develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will increase brand visibility, drive sales, and boost customer engagement through digital, print, and social media marketing. This role will be working in tandem with an additional Marketing Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a minimum of three years of experience.
  • Computer literate in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of all social media outlets, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a detail-oriented environment
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for brainstorming ideas to increase product or service demand

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) into digital marketing initiatives is a plus
  • Photography/Videography skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, design briefs, multimedia assets, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Plan and execute brand events, trade show appearances, or product launches as part of marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorming advertising ideas with senior management
  • Lead and mentor marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
