Requirements

Capacity to manage and balance multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and adherence to deadlines.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and employ critical thinking in problem solving.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Possess the passion and discipline to stay at the forefront of marketing trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate self-motivation and excellent time management discipline with minimal direction.
Strong resourcefulness and initiative; able to proactively identify solutions and utilize available resources to solve problems.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related discipline or equivalent education preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.
Proficiency in using communication tools, including email marketing software, intranet platforms, and digital signage systems.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track and evaluate communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of daily departmental activities and initiatives, contributing to departmental and organizational goals.
Create visually stunning presentations and collateral materials for sales and marketing support.
Assist in the creation of marketing campaign content and assets: graphics, blog posts, marketing events, etc.
Maintain sales and marketing collateral, ensuring all are current and accurate, and create new materials as necessary.
Supports the functional execution of internal communications strategy and change management to enhance the employee experience and drive understanding of enterprise business strategy.
Create and distribute engaging content across various internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and company events.
Support the planning and execution of company-wide events and meetings, including logistics coordination and development of communication materials to ensure meeting objectives are achieved.
Develop content that is high-quality and accurate.
Coordinate all marketing activities to reinforce MJ’s voice and presence in the market.
