About The Position

LV Collective is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team. This role involves all aspects of property and corporate marketing, including digital and traditional efforts such as website and email management, content creation, marketing automation, sales enablement, and social media. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong writer, a self-starter, highly organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and a team player. This position offers a collaborative, fun, and flexible work environment in Downtown Austin, Texas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields of study.
  • One to two years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Prioritizes work and asks for direction when overwhelmed or uncertain.
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage; experience with AP style preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing & Sales platforms.
  • Knowledge of inbound and content marketing strategies.
  • Skilled multi-tasker with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Comfortable receiving criticism and delivering feedback easily.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed.
  • An eye for design and details, with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
  • Enjoys an enthusiastic and team-oriented, collaborative work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Canto and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in commercial real estate
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Photography and/or photo editing skills

Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and distribute email newsletters across LV residential properties.
  • Produce and execute nurturing email campaigns, including VIP lists, university outreach, and drip campaigns.
  • Build and deploy promotional emails to support leasing velocity, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
  • Manage event-related communications across email and SMS channels.
  • Assist with move-in and resident communications via email and text messaging.
  • Track and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and update property websites in WordPress, including imagery, pricing, copy, and new page creation.
  • Maintain and proactively update Google My Business profiles across all properties.
  • Execute weekly Google My Business posts for each location.
  • Support corporate website updates, including press, awards, team bios, and project pages.
  • Assist with publishing and managing The Best Four podcast website, including transcripts and episode uploads.
  • Assist with video scripting for property and corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as on-camera talent for website and marketing videos (as needed).
  • Support ILS audits to ensure marketing accuracy across platforms.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain automated email workflows to support the leasing pipeline.
  • Assist with HubSpot CRM setup and ongoing management, including workflows, pipelines, and contact records.
  • Set up and manage forms, pop-ups, and meeting links for leasing team use.
  • Support email signature setup and consistency across the organization.
  • Continuously audit and improve CRM performance, organization, and user experience.
  • Manage email lists, including segmentation, imports, and list acquisition as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to support day-to-day initiatives, partnering directly with senior team members to execute projects.
  • Assist with corporate marketing efforts, including website updates, presentation decks, marketing collateral, and general brand initiatives.
  • Support event planning and execution, including communications, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Assist with merchandise ordering, production, and coordination.
  • Provide general marketing operations and administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Ability to work late or on weekends may be required.
  • Some travel may be required.
