About The Position

Avail CPA is searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Lethbridge. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Principal, Marketing Admin, and Business Development team to help plan, execute, and refine marketing initiatives across print, digital, web, and community channels. This role is not just about creating content, but about understanding why it’s created and how it contributes to results.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (audience, messaging, positioning)
  • Ability to think critically about where, why, and how to market
  • Experience with content development and revision
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and keyword strategy
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Comfortable working independently and making recommendations

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design skills (vector-based design, print + digital)
  • Article research and creative writing skills
  • Experience with campaign planning and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with local or regional marketing strategies
  • Photography and videography
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels (web, print, social)
  • Review and revise website content with a focus on clarity, positioning, and SEO
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly
  • Recommend and support campaigns across different mediums (billboards, print ads, digital, local placements)
  • Evaluate where and why we market
  • Support content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business development goals
  • Create or coordinate marketing assets (design support available where needed)
  • Use AI-powered tools to support research, ideation, and execution
