Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
As our Marketing Professional, for Barrow Neurological Foundation, you will strategically develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our healthcare services, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement, aligning with our mission and business objectives. Every day you will conduct market research, develop and launch compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns, and create engaging content that articulates our value. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders, manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Associate Of Arts or some college and 1-2 years of related experience
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of service promotion and brand management
- Exceptional communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Track record of executing successful campaigns
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy e-newsletters, website copy, and social media content using tools like Sprinklr, Canva, Facebook Business Manager, and Adobe Suite.
- Assist in the drafting, editing, and/or proofreading of copy for various purposes (e.g., emails, one-sheets, letters, invitations, brochures, advertisements, donor relations, etc.).
- Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day tasks, project management, proposal development, and reporting.
- Assist with paid digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram & Google), SEO, and other digital initiatives.
- Coordinate CRM support for promotions and events; registration, payment, and information-gathering processes and tools.
- Assist with and reports on key performance metrics for marketing and communications activities.
