Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, administrative support, office operations, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and general marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively manage projects from concept through completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency and professionalism across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive business information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, social media management, branding initiatives, event planning, or content creation preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, email marketing tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting a growing company, startup, healthcare organization, or professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, and business development activities across multiple channels.
  • Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and branded collateral.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing assets while ensuring consistency with company branding standards.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, printers, promotional product suppliers, event partners, and other external service providers.
  • Assist with company website updates, social media content scheduling, and digital marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Track marketing projects, campaign timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the planning and coordination of company events, conferences, trade shows, networking opportunities, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with processing marketing invoices, tracking budgets, and coordinating payment requests with the finance team.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, vendor records, and campaign documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of promotional items, branded merchandise, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational growth initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Assist with internal communications and initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, operational efficiency, and brand visibility.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and provide administrative, marketing, and project support across multiple functions as needed.
