SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Finalsite’s dynamic event marketing and public relations teams. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing automation, campaign management and thought leadership development – ideal for someone starting out in marketing, events, or communications/PR. This role will work across the event, comms and PR functions at Finalsite contributing to our brand visibility and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong multimedia communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable using multiple martech platforms — experience with HubSpot, Canva, Zuddl, iCapture or similar tools is a plus
  • A team player who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Finalsite offers 100% fully remote employment opportunities, however, these opportunities are limited to permanent residents of the United States. Current residency, as well as continued residency, within the United States is required to obtain (and retain) employment with Finalsite.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage lead capture codes and Salesforce campaigns
  • Create landing pages and email campaigns for tradeshows and Finalsite-hosted events
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • Support project management efforts in ClickUp, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration and workflow tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate and execute on ideas for driving attendance and engagement at events
  • Assist with creating presentations, Canva graphics and other written comms materials
